The black-white test score gap: how to reduce it
Article Abstract:
The academic performance test score gap between black and white students has become closer as earnings become more equal. However, social factors dictate a need for raising the test scores of blacks. An effective way of closing the test score gap is emphasizing that it is not genetic in origin.

Black athletes: minority access to sports programs
Article Abstract:
Educational institutions are encouraged to expand the access of African Americans in various sports programs in order to prevent the loss of human potential. Increasing the participation of black athletes would further alleviate race discrimination issues in universities and colleges.

Building minority institutions: alternatives to affirmative action
Article Abstract:
The need to create new options in place of the policies that uphold affirmative action against racial discrimination is discussed. The restoration of minority institutions backed by political and financial support is an alternative course of action.
