The right match for a winning single system

Article Abstract:

The Uk government are trying to improve the image of vocational qualifications and also offer modular 'A' levels to offer more choice to young people. This is being done with the introduction of General National Vocational Qualifications (GNVQ) which at level 3 will be equivalent to two 'A' levels. Both GNVQ's and 'A' levels will have the same number of modules to increase parity. Critics say there is still some way to go before the new systems are workable.
