They may be down but they're not out

Article Abstract:

An analysis of the impact of US foreign policy and the role and influence of the neo-conservatives in the US in the aftermath of the handover of power in Iraq. It is suggested that while the neo-conservatives have temporarily lost some of the influence over foreign policy that they had in the run-up to the Iraq War, it would be wrong to assume that they have lost all of their influence and another event such as 9/11 would see their influence increase again.
