Time to make Nazis history, or is there life in Hitler yet?

Article Abstract:

The Third Reich and the Germany of Adolf Hitler has been reexamined and repackaged so many times that many, including the German ambassador, are beginning to think that people in the United Kingdom have an unhealthy fascination with it, however experts believe that there is still much to discover about this period in time. Authorities on the subject such as Ian Kershaw, professor of history at Sheffield University and author of a two-volume history of Hitler, argue that there is still much serious work being done, pointing to the enormous archives of previously unavailable documentation that have recently become open to historians following the fall of communism in Eastern and Central Europe.
