World religions: Conflicts in the future
Article Abstract:
Religion lies at the heart of culture, which suggests that the fragmented world of diverse religion is likely to produce a fragmented global village throughout the 21st century unless religions are able to move beyond their traditional rivalries. The religions of the world share a basic core of common values that offer opportunities for mutual cooperation and tolerance. Religions' ability to tap into these commonalities will result in one of three different future scenarios, namely exclusivism, pluralism, or inclusivism.

Risk taking in education: New leadership
Article Abstract:
Increasing evidence exists that suggests entrepreneurship can and does exist within the modern public-sector education system and more educators are taking risks to transform their classrooms and schools. They take ownership of the success or failure of everything that happens under their control including welcoming innovative ways of improving the delivery of education to students but there is a need to find ways to institutionalize the incentive to reform education.

Telecities v. Megacities: toward decentralization
Article Abstract:
The author views that the life of telecity is largely shaped by telecommunications and he recommends a policy encouraging the development of model of hi-tech mega-structure. The megacities have outgrown their usefulness and can neither provide an adequate defense against terrorism nor accommodate the needs for clean air, jobs based on service, and coping with high cost of property.
