Determination of a Digital Transfer Function from its Real Part on the Unit Circle
Article Abstract:
Given the real part of a transfer function H(z) on the unit circle, an extension of the Bode method for continuous system can construct that function. The procedure for indentification of the poles of H(z) can also be simplified. The methods and an example are presented.

A Note on a Theorem on the Summation of Driving-Point and Transfer Network Impedances
Article Abstract:
An algebraic proof of a theorem on the summation of driving- point and transfer network impedances is given. The proof extends an earlier theorem to include a network containing coupled elements. The proof is based on network determinants.
