An alarming situation

Article Abstract:

The technical updates for using the standards in installing security alarms are discussed. British Standards for intruder alarms-BS 4737, which exist, will now be required to meet the requirements of British Standards Institution (BSI) document PD 6662: 2004. Suggestions to avoid confusion in using the standards are also presented.
