DHS offers further details on chemical security program
Article Abstract:
The Department of Homeland Security has provided a list of over 300 chemicals which they have opened for comment to the public. Chemical facilities that fit certain profiles will be required to complete the Top Screen within 60 days the facilities are sub ject to further categorization after the Top Screen process.
