Disinfect with sodium hypochlorite
Article Abstract:
A large number of risks and restrictions involved in the use of chlorine gas as a disinfectant have resulted in the use of a safer alternative, liquid sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) is less prone to hazards and is easier to store and handle. It is also cheaper than other disinfectants. Guidelines for the safe use, handling process, storage, piping and dosing and monitoring methodology have been given.

Tuning the properties of nanowires
Article Abstract:
Scientists at U.S. Department of Energy's Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and the University of California at Berkeley have discovered a method of controlling the direction in which gallium nitride nanowires grow. The technology will help them use the physical properties of these nanowires.
