Indian IT firms connect with Chinese counterparts

The establishment of the New Delhi based NIIT Ltd. in China, served as a ground floor for more than a dozen other Indian companies to provide IT services. The Tata consultancy has set up a software training center in Hangzhou, which trains local Tata employees not only in software, but also in software project management, and international IT practices.
