Instructional process control

Article Abstract:

Intructional process control (IPC) techniques are valuable tools in education and training programs in quality improvement. The IPC method does not recognize that a qualified quality control professional is automatically a capable quality control instructor. The instructor candidate is thus required to finish a certification program before handling courses. He is also asked to maintain communication with the students after the course and to meet regularly with other instructors to further improve the instructional process.
