Article Abstract:

The new London headquarters of the Home Office located in Westminster will be opened in November 2004.The [pounds sterling]311 million building has been constructed under the Private Finance Initiative (PFI). French firm Bouygues UP handled the project. The successful execution of the project is mainly due to the close working of the construction team and the early involvement of subcontractors and suppliers.
