Article Abstract:
Quality management remains a key issue among business organizations. According to a reader survey conducted by 'Quality' magazine, majority of quality managers believe that quality in their respective companies still needs improvement, although others feel that they had reached the highest possible level of quality. Article Abstract:
The use of archived e-mail as evidence in the landmark case between Microsoft Corp and the Justice Dept will likely spur many firms to review policies for storing old e-mail and play a more proactive role in implementing business-use-only rules and perhaps strengthening existing policies. Quality professionals must also be discreet about what they say over the corporate e-mail system and be careful of the items such as files that they attach to their e-mail.
