The lessons of MGM v. Grokster

The decision delivered by United States Supreme Court in Metro-Godlwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. et al. v. Grokster Ltd., et al. (MGM v. Grokster) case, alerted the technology inventors to protect their invented technology from the misuses. It also signifies the importance of having clear cut guidelines regarding the liability of the technology creators.
