Virtuality, communication, and new product team creativity: a social network perspective
Article Abstract:
Creativity is an essential part of new product development (NPD), and NPD teams are required to integrate input from the various group members. This study shows that modest levels of centralized communication and moderate amounts of communication are required for the team creativity process.
