Why customer related processes don't always work

Article Abstract:

The adoption of quality management system worldwide was to assure the customers of the quality of the process and the product. Clause 7.2 of ISO does not completely ensure the requirements related to the product. Customer feedback is essential to the success of QMS.

Calibration technician certification exam scheduled
