Phylogenomics
Article Abstract:
A study on the issue of statistical inconsistency and the result of failing to fully capture the process of sequence evolution in the models is presented. The strategies suggested for detecting and overcoming these problems include development of better models, using improved taxon sampling and the exclusion of phylogenetically misleading data.

Living on the edge of two changing worlds: Forecasting the responses of rocky intertidal ecosystems to climate change
Article Abstract:
The changes in the mean and variability in climatic regimes as modified by local and regional factors lead to complex patterns of species distribution. Ecological forecasting approach provide a means of generating explicit hypotheses regarding the impacts of different climatic change scenarios on the distribution patterns of intertidal species.
