Activists Fear Gulf Drilling A Diversion From Plan For Coastal Area
Article Abstract:
When the Bush administration announced that drilling projects in the Gulf of Mexico would be limited to 1.5 million instead of orginally 8 million acres, activists said this was to divert attention from another project which was closer to the shores of Florida and Alabama.
