American Baler Ram II

American Baler Co has introduced the Ram II for packing bales that weigh 2,000 pounds and measure 50 cu ft in size. The company claims the Ram II is among the fastest balers on the market, with a displacement of 47,000 cu ft per hour. The machine can make 25 bales per hour and can be used on various grades, including OCC, ONP, sorted office grades, mixed paper and more. The Ram II comes with a vertical ram that automatically presses material down below the shear beam while allowing for continuous operation.

Lindemann American Baler makes trio of sales
Article Abstract:
Lindemann American Baler sold three Bigro balers during Jan 2001 to Rose Water Systems, L Capstick Waste Reclamation Services and to a third customer in Germany. Rose Waste Systems will ship the baler to its customer, Western Pacific Pulp & Paper, while L Capstick will use the baler at its facility in Morecambe, UK. The third Bigro baler would be used at the refurbished Telford works in Germany. Lindemann Managing Dir Tony Humphreys said the company is pleased with the sales.

IPS spins off from Waste Technology Corp
Article Abstract:
International Press and Shear Corp has been purchased from Waste Technology Corp by a group of corporate officers headed by brothers Sidney and Forrest Wildes. The new company has been renamed IPS Balers Inc and is headed by Sidney Wildes as president and Forrest Wildes as executive vice president. The brothers and the company's co-founders combine 300 years of baler design, manufacturing, sales and service equipment.
