Manhole rehabilitation is a serious concern of municipalities, utility districts and environmental engineers. To effectively address this problem, the individuals responsible for the maintenace and operation of sewage collection systems must insist on 'value engineering,' providing lasting solutions to perrenial problems. Choosing the system that will be used in rehabilitating an existing facility should focused on picking one that will be a permanent solution.
