Cartel Creativo wins army contract

An advertising contract aimed at recruiting more Hispanics into the US Army has been won by Hispanic-owned Cartel Creativo. The Army plans to recruit 80,000 new soldiers in 2000 and to increase the proportion from ethnic minorities.
