Article Abstract:
The Diversity Pipeline Alliance aims to increase the flow of Hispanic students through the 'pipeline' that carries potential management students from middle school to MBA and beyond. In a 2003 report on minority participation in business education, Alliance determined that the best way to consider college business degrees is to begin outreach programs in middle school.
