The Hispanic nonprofit organizations and human services are facing obstacles, like competition, scarce resources and downsizing, that are forcing them to make many adjustments in order to meet the challenges. These organizations have streamlined operations and restructured just like for-profit businesses in order to overcome the funding problems.
