Luca Bentivogolio, a Venezuelan native shares his experiences of supervising development, production and completion of the Hispanic projects aiming to improve diversity of the Public Broadcasting System's (PBS) programming. The strategies used towards increasing the demand for interesting proposals based on Hispanic themes, its presentation and team of Hispanic directors, producers, camera operators are also discussed.
