The supporting and fueling innovations and entrepreneurs behind the success of a small Southern California investment group, Tech Coast Angels (TCA) are discussed. Luis Villalobos, a tech entrepreneur and founder of TCA, has revealed that the factor behind TCA's driving success is its unique approach to investing in and mentoring innovative Southern California entrepreneurs.
