Voice-free recognition software has become a powerful tool in facilitating business operations, enabling entrepreneurs to communicate with computers with out the troubles of manual note-taking. Dragon Systems was the first to launch such a software, with 60 megabytes of hard disk space.

Growing power in the State House
Article Abstract:
Hispanic state legislators increased in the US from 111 to 131 after the 1996 elections. Among the most significant victories was the election of Cruz Bustamante as California Speaker of the Assembly. Hispanic voter turnout was high, with 5 million out of 8.9 million eligible voting.
