A health heart: it's never too early
Article Abstract:
Heart disease is expected to result in the death of some 50% of all Americans under 18 years of age. Parents may reduce the risk of their children's contracting heart disease at an older age by encouraging them to exercise and to avoid smoking, obesity, high cholesterol foods and high blood pressure.
