Bill Clinton: a strong push for children's programs
Article Abstract:
Clinton has consistently been an advocate for health care and education for children. As governor of Arkansas he improved the state's infant mortality rate and increased education spending. A Clinton presidency would be dramatically different from the Bush administration.
