Can a child love a caregiver too much?
Article Abstract:
Many children become attached to their caregivers, but this special bond should not affect their relationship with their parents. A number of ways by which parents can strengthen their bond with their children include developing routines that present opportunities for intimacy and regarding the caregiver as a teammate.

A caregiver may not fulfill childcare needs anymore as the family grows. Some reasons for a caregiver's preoccupation aside from actual duties may include personal problems or other extra-curricular activities. When this happens, parents should weigh all consequences before dismissing caregivers.

How to fire a caregiver
Article Abstract:
Ways of firing one's caregiver are presented. If the reason for the dismissal is unrelated to performance, the caregiver should be given a letter of recommendation and a notice of one month. On the other hand, caregivers who have given bad service should be dismissed immediately.
