Can't sleep?
Article Abstract:
Nearly 33% of Americans have trouble sleeping. This may be caused by insomnia, which has many causes ranging from stress to chronic depression. Ignoring this problem may result in fatal accidents at work or on the road. Tips in getting at least seven to eight hours of sleep are presented.

Fighting endometriosis

Endometriosis is an ailment characterized by pelvic pain before or during periods and from intercourse. The pain is due to the presence of endometrium fragments in other organs of the body which create scar tissue, adhesions and cysts. Treatment includes birth control pills and surgery.
