Lupus: misunderstood, misdiagnosed

Lupus is difficult to diagnose because it is an autoimmune disease with a variety of symptoms. Symptoms of the disease include a rash on the cheeks, protein in the urine, seizure, anemia, arthritis and sun sensitivity. Medicines are available to treat the symptoms but not to cure the condition.
