Retelling, reimagining, and re-searching: a continuing conversation
Article Abstract:
Author Harlene Anderson's explanation of postmodernism in relation to family therapy makes it clear that she attributes an ethical dimension to postmodern theories and collaborative practice which renders them morally superior to other forms of therapy. Thus, her critique features an ideological fervor which is not apparent at first reading. Comments from her critique which state or imply the comment 'not acceptable' are analyzed and rebutted.
