Solving sleep problems
Article Abstract:
Caffeine, drugs and alcohol can cause unrestful sleep if they are ingested too close to bed time. Physical conditions such as menopause, sleep apnea and narcolepsy can also disrupt sleep. Solutions to these problems that provide better sleep are presented.
