There are strategies to make holiday treats 'unfatty', yet retaining the same delicious taste. This way people could indulge themselves without getting those extra calories. For instance, instead of using a whole egg in baking, use two egg whites or in making holiday cookies, use a natural fat substitute instead of butter.
