1998 Bordeaux: Right Bank and Pessac-Leognan Excel
Article Abstract:
1998 was an exciting vintage for Bordeaux for the Pomerol, St. Emilion, Sauternes, and Pessac-Leognan regions. Wines from the Medoc region were somewhat disappointing. The '98 Pomerols are stupendous, and good for long-term aging. Information on 1997 Bordeaux is also included.
