Corked courage
Article Abstract:
Some wine collectors have voiced the opinion that they would prefer synthetic corks over natural corks for rare vintages they wish to store. Wine makers are reluctant to make the change, though it should not cause a significant inconvenience in the bottling process. If more consumers demand synthetic corks, action by wine makers may be taken sooner rather than later.
