Nissei has introduced Purple Sweet Potato Soft Serve Ice Milk which contains antioxidant polyphenols. This pale violet ice milk contains 10% sweet potato extract, 5% non-fat milk solids, 3.5% milk fat content, and 2.0% vegetable fat content. It contains antioxidant polyphenols. The purple sweet potatoes used to make the extract are grown in Japan. It comes in 1-litre packs.
