Ajinomoto has introduced a mayonnaise which does not spatter and which retains its shape when used on foods baked in ovens or grilled. Named Ajinomoto KK Mayonnaise for Ovens, it comes in a 1 kg triangular forcing bag; the corner can be cut off in order to spread the mayonnaise quickly and conveniently. No price is given.
