Terroir matters
Article Abstract:
Terroir is considered unreliable since it is thought to taste different in blind tastings. But, climate and soil play an important role in the quality and taste in addition to the winemaking techniques, and as such, terroir is to be thought of as pure wine information, distilled over generations of tasters.

Why "best" fails the test

The idea of 'best' treated as delusive, destructive, and a lie is presented considering the quality of the existing wines. Different instances are presented on 'best', which is a measurable absolutism in context with best wine, best for what occasion, and best for which season.
