Bofinger

Article Abstract:

Bofinger was founded in 1864 and was France's first brasserie. The restaurant is adorned with murals, paintings and stained glass and has attracted an elite clientele over the years. It was remodeled it in 1982, and its popularity has increased since the opera house was built close to it.

Italy's Parmesan cheese

A wide variety of grana, or hard cheeses are available, but Parmesan is acknowledged as the best Italian cheese. The cheese is made from combined morning and evening milk with a process that dates back to the 1500s. Recipes are included.
