Recipes of butternut squash soup with roasted red-pepper puree, wild rice and brown rice cakes with roasted vegetables ragu, roasted vegetable ragu and, watercress and broccoli salad with dried cranberries are presented. Ingredients used, method of preparation and cooking time are mentioned.
