Jamie Oliver's cookery program in Britain, Jamie's Kitchen, is highest rated show, which holds more than six million viewers. His Fifteen is part restaurant, part charity and part marketing ploy where one has to book three months in advance to savor seasonal ingredients assembled with great care in preparing dishes with a strong Italian influence.
