The British Crown Colony of Turks and Caicos is a series of 40 islands close to Haiti. They have beautiful beaches, quiet resorts and excellent Caribbean food. A trip to the islands of Pine Cay and Providenciales is described. Recipes presented include Conch chowder and rum punch.
