The tarts of Italy are each unique, although pastry, custard and fruit are found in all of them. The custards themselves are distinctly different from each other. Tart recipes offered include: basic tart dough, field fruit tart, cherry-Betty, free-form fruit tart, and plum tart with spiced crust.
