Sausages

Sausages returned to popularity in the year 2000, with many new varieties appearing, such as duck with marmalade and andouille sausages made with turkey. Recipes are presented, including Pasta Jambalaya and Chicken Sausages Roasted with Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts.
