Tennis brunch, anyone?

Article Abstract:

A typical after-tennis brunch should require very little preparation time. Most of the ingredients should have been prepared the night before and should just take a few minutes of cooking time. An ideal brunch can consist of sausage and cheese strata with tomatoes and a gin-based cocktail.
