The foreclosure rate in Ohio is three times the national average, making this state the US' leader in home foreclosures and this problem cut across every type of mortgage, from riskier loans for low-income buyers with spotty credit to conventional loans for upper middle class suburbanite. Finally, it was discovered that aggressive mortgage brokers, appraisers and others who profited regardless of whether buyers ultimately succeed or fail were luring people into taking out loans they could not afford.

A novel experience
Article Abstract:
Mystery writers have helped to keep the novel alive. In the 1840s Edgar Allan Poe invented the genre called the mystery novel. Others such as Wilkie Collins with 'Moonstone' and Anna Katherine Green with 'The Leavenworth Case' followed. But mystery writers entertain, having no wish to make art.
