Buffalo Bill Cody brought his famous Wild West show to Clinton, MA, on Jun 26, 1912, and promised $100 to the owner of any horse that could not be broken by the show's riders. A local horse refused to be broken by Cody's men, but was subdued by a Clinton citizen two days later.
