Sleep deprivation can be hazardous to individuals and to people around them as well. Unfortunately, longer working hours, television and family responsibilities are keeping many awake for a longer period. People who lack sleep should retire earlier by 15 minutes or try to get a nap in the day.

Some children inadvertently consume products which contain hidden ingredients to which they are allergic to. Cases of severe food reactions are increasing. Parents are also advised to consider these allergic reactions seriously.
