Menstrual cramps are not to blame for chronic pelvic pain. Misplaced uterine tissue, or endometriosis, may be treated with birth control pills or surgical removal. Irritable bowel syndrome, or troubled rectal contractions, may be alleviated through diet, exercise and taking of pain relievers.

Article Abstract:

The ages between 30 and 40 are the years when some women gain more weight because of a loss of muscle mass associated with a sedentary lifestyle. To counter unwanted weight gain, a thorough evaluation of eating habits, exercise schedules and lifestyles should be done.
